Add olive oil to a pan and add 10 cloves of thinly sliced cloves. Add ½ cup of low-salted chicken or vegetable broth and wait until it reduces to half. Add the pasta with the broccoli. Grate the zest of one lemon and serve with grated parmesan.
Stewed fruit
Add fruit to a pan of boiling water and simmer until the fruit is soft.

Add 2 cups of risotto rice to the sautéed vegetables. Keep adding the boiling broth little by little and use it until the rice is cooked. Fry 20 prawns that are cleaned, and cut them into small pieces and add to rice. Squeeze lemon juice and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
